primary concern.
The majority of families report that the remote learning work is right on target, and they expressed a
ton of gratitude toward D114 and all we are doing.
Nearly half of our families are focusing on only eLearning, and an additional ⅓ are completing both
eLearning and Choice Menu work.
Opportunities for improvement are:
*While a group of families stated that there is too much work or the work is too difficult, another
group stated that there is not enough work or that they would like their students to have
access to opportunities to extend their thinking.
*Families would like teachers/teams to organize work so they have access to “a week at a
glance” for their home planning.
*Families would like more feedback from teachers on how their students are doing related to
work completion, accuracy, and behavior during live lessons.

Ongoing Updates
GRAB AND GO
We are now doing Grab and Go on Monday and Thursday mornings ONLY from 7:30-10:00 at Stanton. You can grab "3 for Me" and everything else you need but we also limit how many staff members need to come in and how often we are asking families to come to school. You can still get Chromebooks, school supplies, books, and more. Social distancing is KEY to us getting back to normal!
It is our goal that EVERY student have access to a device and the Internet so they can engage in learning. We know it's hard if there's only one device in your home, so if you need to borrow so everyone can work, please come by Grab and Go on Mondays or Thursdays--we'll have Chromebooks to loan!
IF YOUR CHILD NEEDS A BOOK TO READ...
Mackin is an online free library of books and ebooks, and we have these books until the end of the year!
