We are busy planning for Summer School (July 13-August 7), and we will be offering in-person and remote learning with health precautions in place per ISBE guidelines. All families of students invited to attend Summer School will receive more information via email and U.S. mail early this week, with even more details next week, when we'll know even more.
In planning for Fall 2020, we continue to work to explore options for plans in the three strands below:

We have identified a core team of staff to work on planning for all the potential needs, and you can trust that I will keep you updated as we know more. At this point, there are NO decisions, but we DO need input from you on what you are thinking as families. We are working together with Grant High School and all its feeders to plan together so we are doing what's best for our community.
We want to know if you will send your kids back to school if we open in any capacity, and we have a few questions that are key to our planning now.

UPDATES ON GRAB AND GO
Starting July 1, Grab and Go will shift to LOTUS each Monday and Thursday from 7:30-10:00AM. The roof work at Stanton is pretty messy and, since we will be offering meals as part of Summer School at Lotus, it makes sense to relocate all food service to Lotus for the rest of the summer.
