October 26 Weekly Family Update

As we shift back to full Remote Learning for at least the next 10 days, please remember the following information:
  • October 26th - November 6th--All students at all grade levels will take an “adaptive pause” and revert to full remote learning for 10 days. 

  • This pause will remain in effect for at least 10 calendar days and will last until we receive guidance from LCHD that we may consider reopening. 

  • I will continue to share dashboard data with you daily via the Morning Announcements. 

  • On or before Wednesday, November 4, I will share a full metrics update and return criterias/plans.

  • Stanton Student-Led Conferences will still be held VIRTUALLY using Google Meets on November 5th and 6th. More information will be sent from Stanton to families with details. 

  • Grab and Go “3 for Me” meals/materials pick up will still be available at Lotus on Tuesdays and Fridays from 8:00-10:00 AM and from 3:15-4:15 PM.

The Village of Fox Lake has announced that Trick-Or-Treating will take place on Saturday, October 31, 2020 from 3 to 6 p.m.

 

Safety is top priority for the Village. Should residents decide to trick-or-treat, we are advising them to follow guidance provided by the Illinois Department of Public Health
