SHIELD Testing Opt In
Please complete this form for EACH child in your family to opt in to twice weekly SHIELD testing by Friday, August 20.
We anticipate launching SHIELD testing in late August/early September.
This will allow us to screen for asymptomatic cases and really keep our students and staff safe. It also allows us to implement "test to stay" when close contact situations arise and keep kids in school for more time with less time out due to quarantine! I know this is a hot topic, but I'd sure appreciate getting as many students to opt in as possible. The information remains STRICTLY confidential and will help us as a District as we navigate the year. THANK YOU for considering this.
Remote Learning Access
To access short term remote learning, students must:
1. Have positive COVID diagnosis, or
2. Be identified as close contact by D114
Situations that do not qualify for remote access:

*Students should stay home until symptoms resolve.
*Student will be encouraged to take a COVID test and share results
*COVID testing can be done onsite using SHIELD PCR (once program launches) or Binex Now Rapid with parent/guardian permission.

Student get “eyes and ears” into the classroom using Google Classroom and Google Meet.
Student is provided at least 5 hours of instruction, of which 2.5 must be synchronous.

21-22 Registration and Fees--PLEASE REGISTER ASAP!
If you haven't already registered for school, please do by clicking this link to get to Skyward. If you need any help, please call Lotus (847-973-4100) or Stanton (847-973-4200).
If you are unable to pay fees, please complete this Fee Waiver Form and follow the directions as indicated.
If you have not registered, you will NOT receive back to school mailers with teacher assignments, class schedules, or bus assignments! Students cannot start school without being registered!
Free Meals
On August 16, 17, and 18, meals will be available daily for pick up at
Lotus. Once school starts on August 19, our free meals will stop as all kids will get free
breakfast and lunch at school.
