D114 Weekly Family Updates 11/14/22

Dear Families,

Well, nothing like a 40 degree temperature swing, huh? Hello, Fall! I hope all is well in your homes!

SANTA'S BREAKFAST (INFO FROM PTA)
It's that time of year again!
We are bringing back Santa's Breakfast and Holiday Market at Stanton!
Saturday, December 3rd, 8am-12 pm!
For those who are new or haven't experienced Santa's Breakfast the way it was typically done, here is what to expect:
PTA puts on this event for families and sells tickets for breakfast. Families can purchase photos to take with Santa. There is a craft table available, the choir/band performs, &  8th grade puts on a bake sale. The book fair takes place in the hallway and the gym has crafters and vendors to browse and purchase.

This is a HUGE event for families and the public, and we can't WAIT to see you there!

Medical Guidelines
  • Please DO NOT send your child to school sick. If they have a fever, vomit, a persistent cough or have diarrhea, please keep them home for at least 24 hours and until they are feeling better.  See our Sick Day Guidelines here for more information.

  • Notify us if they have tested positive for COVID, Flu, Strep or other diagnosed condition so we can partner with you on a plan for them.

  • We are no longer participating in surveillance testing, but we do have rapid tests on hand. We will only do a rapid test with parent/guardian permission. We can also direct you to easy locations to get PCR tests or at home rapid tests if you need them.

  • We will not be providing remote access unless specifically needed, and this will be determined on a case by case basis.
