D114 Weekly Family Updates 1/9/23

Dear Families,

HAPPY NEW YEAR! I hope that winter break was one that you'll remember, full of fun and family! We are sure excited to have our students back at school, and we look forward to an amazing second half of the year!

ATTENDANCE EXPECTATIONS
I can't stress to you enough how important it is to have your kids in school. If they are not with us, they cannot learn all we want them to know. Please, please, please...be sure your kids come to school unless they are sick. Their absences negatively impact them, our schools, and our district as a whole. Thanks in advance for helping us bring back high levels of student attendance! See below for how absences add up!
